Done - the To Do list for the rest of us
When Apple introduced the iPhone many people thought the lack of a built-in To Do list was a glaring omission. Since then various contenders have stepped up to the challenge and tried to fill the gap but, we’ve always felt, with limited success. Some are too simple, some too difficult and some just plain ugly.
This is where Done steps in - it’s the ToDo list Apple might have made - the ToDo list for the rest of us.

Welcome to Done!
After the splash screen, the first screen you’ll see is the main list screen. This is where you’ll manage your lists. You might just need one or two or you might want different lists for different projects or even a shopping list…

The main list screen. Create, assign colors and edit your lists from here.
Tip - the first list is your default list. When you create new items in the ‘All’ view they will default to being assigned to this so make sure it’s the one you use the most, that way you can create new tasks even quicker.

You can view lists individually...

One at a time..

or more usefully, combined, so that you can see all your tasks in one beautiful color-coded prioritised list
Tip: Use colors to help you differentiate tasks or maybe group them together eg. all work related lists could be red.

Now comes the fun part! Check items off by clicking on their numbered boxes or edit their priorities (just click on the item itself)

Shake your phone and your list is automatically sorted (with an addictive accompanying sound effect) - important items at the top, completed ones at the bottom.

Rotate the phone into landscape mode and the delete all button appears so you can zap all your completed tasks - pushing a button has never been so satisfying.
Tip - pressing the button will only delete all the completed tasks in the visible list - so you don’t have to delete all of them if you don’t want to.

From the main list screen you can access the SnapShot feature - just press the Camera button and your six most important items will be saved as an image in your Camera Roll. Just set it as your wallpaper as you would any other picture and you can see your most important task without even launching the App.

Instant access to the day's most important tasks
