If you find that a NetwalkApps app crashes or freezes regularly on your iOS device, it will be helpful for us to get the logs from your device. We will likely be able to pinpoint the problem and correct it.
The crash logs are actually copied to your Mac or PC when you do perform an iTunes sync. So before finding these log files, please connect your iOS device with your Mac or PC and use iTunes to sync.

The locations of the log files on Mac and the different flavors of Windows are shown below. Please zip the logs and send it through our support system.

Mac OS X

From the Finder, do the following steps:

  1. On the Go menu, select "Go to Folder..."
  2. Type or copy and paste the following path:
    ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/
  3. You should see a folder with the same name as your device, open that folder
  4. The log files that we want are files that start with MoviesPad (for Movies HD, Movielicious), NotesPad (for ActionNotes), ...
  5. Compress these files and send the compressed file to us

Windows XP

From Windows Explorer, do the following steps:

  1. Click on the Start menu
  2. Type or copy and paste the following path into the "Search" box:
    C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Apple Computer\Logs\CrashReporter\
  3. You should see a folder with the same name as your device, open that folder
  4. The log files that we want are files that start with MoviesPad (for Movies HD, Movielicious), NotesPad (for ActionNotes), ...
  5. Compress these files and send the compressed file to us

Windows Vista or Windows 7

From Windows Explorer, do the following steps:

  1. Click on the Start menu
  2. Type or copy and paste the following path into the "Search" box:
    C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice\
  3. You should see a folder with the same name as your device, open that folder
  4. The log files that we want are files that start with MoviesPad (for Movies HD, Movielicious), NotesPad (for ActionNotes), ...
  5. Compress these files and send the compressed file to us
